A straight-forward program totally focused on lower-body toning. You’ll quickly reshape your legs and buttocks without using any equipment (your own body weight provides all the resistance). It’s a smoothly “choreographed” sequence of exercises that works your legs in every direction and in every plane. Each section gets progressively more challenging (e.g. slow squats become fast squats that gradually evolve into even faster left/right squats).
